Clare Clark

Deputy Operational Network Manager - Rochdale.

I have worked within Social Care Services for 18 years, my first position being a Support Worker within a Supported Living Service. I quickly became aware of the difficulties that people with disabilities faced in living their lives in the way that they chose. To equip myself with the skills to be able to support people effectively I completed the BA (Hons) Professional Studies: Learning Disabilities.

I have 16 years Social Care Management experience, managing Supported Living, Domiciliary Care, Social Outreach, Day Service and Leisure Group Activities.

Prior to joining Future Directions I worked as a Senior Manager for a Charity. I had the overall operational responsibility of delivering services for Adults & Children with physical, learning and autistic spectrum disabilities; with a particular focus on people with complex needs.

I enjoy my role with Future Directions, especially working as part of a team to deliver high quality person centred services.
