What We Do

Personalised Support Services

Future Directions Community Interest Company is a leading, high quality social care provider for people with learning disabilities and complex needs in the North West.  With over 18 years’ experience, the service is well respected provider of personalised support services tailored to the needs of individuals with complex needs.

These services can be provided under our Supported Living, Domiciliary Care and Registered Care Home without nursing services (which includes providing respite and crisis support services) to individuals who require personal care.

Future Directions will work to deliver social and health support services to individuals via individual service funds and individual health funds.  We will work with each individual and their carers/families to develop individual contracts/agreements of support and will monitor the performance of our service delivery at intervals identified within the contracts/agreements.

Supporting individuals in their own homes, or with family:

Our Vision:

We will deliver high quality, personalised social and health support services to people in their homes and/or local communities. By collaborating and working with other social care providers, housing providers and community groups, we will support individuals to expand their opportunities and to connect with others and the wider community. We will continue to develop services in line with the changing social care environment and government strategy i.e. “Think Local, Act Personal” (Making it Real). We will engage and involve individuals and families in everything we do.
