I Care Ambassadors

Future Directions Staff member, Sarah Brierley, has been an I Care Ambassador for over a year. Sarah says:

"I have been an ICA (I Care Ambassador) for about 18 months. I have attended many different types of events from job fares to schools. I have enjoyed talking to people about the benefits of working in care and what I get out of it.

The people I talk to really get engaged in the conversations and I can see I am making a difference to what people might think about working in care. I have personally gained more confidence and I feel it has helped me with my career".
