Future Directions CIC are Finalists in the 2026 Oldham Business Awards. The two awards we are finalists in are the Business of the Year Award (£5m+) and the Workforce Health and Wellbeing Award.
The Business of the Year Award (£5m+) is the highest honour of the Oldham Business Awards. Sponsored by Pearson Solicitors and Financial Services, it rewards businesses noted for outstanding leadership and vision in any sector. Judges will also consider local economic, social and environmental benefits are also considered as well as innovation.
Our second award, the Workforce Health and Wellbeing Award, is a great fit for any business that puts people first. Not only its clientele but also, most importantly, its employees. Sponsored by Oldham Active, which run Oldham Council’s recreational facilities, the award celebrates businesses that go the extra mile to helping their workforce live great lives.
The Oldham Business Awards is a celebration of local business excellence in the borough of Oldham. It covers a wide range of enterprises from start-ups to multinational companies. There are awards for young entrepreneurs, creating the most positive community impact, and business start-ups.
The awards ceremony will take place on the 2nd October 2026. The time and venue has yet to be confirmed.
