Fun Walks
What’s it all about?
At Future Directions, our fun walks, created by Kevin, are designed to be inclusive and accessible for everyone, including those in wheelchairs or with other disabilities. These walks provide a welcoming opportunity for all to get outdoors, enjoy the fresh air, and get moving in a way that suits their abilities. Whether it’s a leisurely stroll with a hot drink in hand, enjoying some music, or simply taking in the surroundings, the walks offer a chance to connect, relax, and have fun in a supportive and inclusive environment.
Our fun walks are at Heaton Park and we meet at the Boating Lake Café, with a start time of 12:30pm. Whether you’re joining for a peaceful stroll, enjoying a drink, or simply soaking in the surroundings, everyone is welcome to come along!
On the day of the fun walks we meet at the boating lake cafe in Heaton Park at 12:30pm.
