Julie Parkinson
HR Manager
Julie enjoys her role as Human Resources Manager, supporting managers and staff with disciplinary hearings, grievances, absence, welfare meetings and reviews.
Julie is part of our HR team that organise recruitment events with team managers, co-ordinates interviews and processes relevant recruitment checks and paperwork. She also deals with staff queries relating to maternity, paternity, personal details, pay and contracts.

Adam Taylor
Senior Recruiter
Adam has worked within recruitment since 2016, previously recruited into varied office/commercial functions before joining Future Directions in 2020. Since joining FD he has spent periods recruiting into every service across the organisation, Adam currently manages the recruitment process across Greater Manchester and Yorkshire.
Adam manages the full recruitment process including advertising, shortlisting, booking of recruitment events/interviews and seeing applicants through to starting with future directions on induction.

Katie Sant
HR & Recruitment Administrator
Katie joined Future Directions CIC in November 2022 as a HR & Recruitment Administrator, Katies role includes ensuring all new starters are compliant with their pre-employment checks. More recently Katie has been covering more HR responsibilities including covering HR meetings and offering HR advice to employees and the management teams. Katie is currently working towards achieving her CIPD Level 5 Associate Diploma in People Management which will advance her knowledge in Employee Relations.

Barbara Stabler
HR Advisor
Barbara works part time (22.5 hours) and is based mostly at Stanley Grange, supporting the teams in East Lancashire and Stanley Grange with all aspects of HR. Barbara joined the Future Directions Team on 11th November ’2024.
Prior to FD Barbara worked for Asda for 22.5 years as a People Business Partner for 10 years and other non food managerial roles. Barabara’s biggest passion is her garden! So she will be Stanley Granges Garden Centres most loyal customer. If you n need to contact Barbara please call 07421126702
