Future Directions CIC are pleased to have received an overall rating of ‘Outstanding’!
The CQC have a new inspection regime that requires Future Directions CIC to provide details of all the people we support, their families and employees to CQC on request.
This is so CQC can seek views and opinions in regards to Future Directions CIC to ensure services are meeting the needs of people we support.
Any feedback Future Directions CIC receives will be passed onto CQC, unless requested otherwise.
