Right now, we’re looking for someone like you aid in the day-to-day running of our service in Rochdale and work under the directions of the Team Manager to provide the best person centred care possible.

Here, we provide a supported housing service for people with Learning Disabilities and some mental health problems. But, we need your help in order to provide the very best Person Centred Support.

As well as ensuring the quality of service and support provided to people who use our services, you will support in the management of service contracts, help in line managing front line staff and organise any building maintenance requirements.

Experience gained managing a caseload of individuals with complex needs is a given, as well as being values and outcome driven, able to lead by example and act as the role model in service.

This role is a permanent, both full and part-time applications can be considered.

For internal candidates the position will initially be offered on a 12 month secondment basis and internal applicants must have passed their probationary period.

Experience:

  • Social Care/Support Work: 1 year (required).

Licence/Certification:

  • NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care/other relevant course (preferred);
  • Driving Licence with access to own Vehicle (preferred).
