Main Duties and Responsibilities

We are looking for a Registered Nurse to work on a part time basis 25 hours per week. You will need to have experience of working with individuals with complex needs including learning disabilities, mental health, autism and people whose behaviour challenges, which may include working with individuals with forensic histories.

You will work with the Service Manager to lead the team of staff in establishing and delivering appropriate systems to support individuals.

Knowledge and experience of the following areas is essential to the role:

• CQC Essential standards
• Valuing People Strategy and associated initiatives
• Personalisation and person centred planning
• Safeguarding vulnerable adults
• Working with individuals with mental health issues, complex support needs including forensic histories
• Assessment, planning and implementing nursing care and support plans, including positive risk management

Hours – 25 Per Week

Shifts – 12.5 hour shifts (2x per week), Both Day and Night

Salary – £29,000 to £34,000 (figures based on 40 hours, pro rata for 25 hours)
